What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Elite Restoration Inc.?
We are a local Fire and Water Restoration company seeking part-time, possible full-time office support.
Job duties for this position include but are not limited to:
Calendar management
Office organization
Data entry
Supporting the field and executive staff as needed
Scheduling crews and sub contractors
Implementing & utilizing processes and procedures
Preparing accurate spreadsheets weekly
Communicate with customers on a regular basis
Work with vendors and maintain their files

Qualifications
RESTORATION OR CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE A HUGE
Proficient with the use of Microsoft office Outlook, Google calendar word and Excel
Strong organizational, oral and written communication and customer service skills required
Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable helpful
College degree preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
