Marketing Manager

Elite Restoration is currently looking for an outgoing, energetic Marketing Manager, based in our Corporate Office in Twin Falls. The Primary Responsibilities of this Role are: 

• Manage the daily operation of Elite’s marketing efforts 
• Social Media – Manage social media accounts, create written content, create and track advertising campaigns, manage online reputation 
• Photography and Video – Create photo and video media to reinforce the brand and culture of Elite 
• Organize, Execute, and Participate in Charity and Community Outreach Events to enhance our reputation 
• In Charge of company gift purchases for holidays and other purposes 
• Taking photos of employees, company events, before and after’s of completed jobs, etc.  
• Represent Elite at various events, including industry conventions, tradeshows, exhibit booths, golf outings, etc. 
• Point of contact for website, Google Ads, and other 3rd party marketing vendors 
• Oversee Google and other marketing campaigns 
• Track marketing efforts through CRM and keep an organized database 
• Manage apparel ordering and semi-annual distribution 
• Manage Marketing Calendar of all annual and other events for all Elite locations 
• Other duties as assigned  

You will be successful in this role if your background and capabilities include: 

• Previous Marketing Management experience required 
• Friendly and outgoing personality is a must!  

• Professional appearance required 
• Video editing and media creation experience and skills a must – create content for social media must have knowledge and experience creating social media content 
• Excellent verbal and written skills 
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom) a plus 
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. 
• Event planning experience preferred  
• Extremely organized and focused 
• Be able to deal with outdoor elements periodically at events 
• Occasional travel required
