Sales Representative

Welcome to Elite Roofing & Construction! We are the BEST roofing and storm restoration company in Southern Ohio. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are ready to take their income to the next level. This position is COMMISSION ONLY.

We provide you with all the training and resources that you need in order to reach your full potential - at Elite Roofing & Construction, our industry-leading commission structure enables top salespeople to make $100,000 per year!

We are currently seeking outgoing and motivated individuals to join our team as canvassers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Go door-to-door in order to generate leads and schedule appointments for FREE roof inspections, providing a consultative sales approach.
• Work your way up to closing pre-scheduled appointments - there's unlimited upward mobility here!
• Communicate with customers and prospects to ensure that they understand the services necessary to upgrade/restore their home.

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:

1) Not afraid to knock on doors and make money

2) Ability to control a conversation and build rapport with prospective clients

3) Have extreme confidence and poise throughout the sales process

4) Have a hunger to achieve financial freedom

5) Door to door sales experience preferred, but not required!
