Job Summary:
Provide technical support for Customer Service by processing special and custom orders for accurate entry into our ERP system. Manage Order Processing and Data Entry by coaching, training, problem solving, and monitoring workload.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
· Process special and custom orders that are received by coordinators, web, or email by validating the information provided by the customer/sales, calculating price and verifying payment information
· Review individual orders in Portals for to ensure orders are prioritized, correct, processed within the expected timeframe, and have current notes
· Contact customers or sales rep when additional information is needed to fulfill an order
· Update notes for orders that need additional information from the customer/sales rep or other internal departments
· Assign current ship weeks to orders based on garment type and production capacity
· Support other departments when needed for special projects
· Assist Customer Service with projects during non-busy season
· Train new employees
· Cross train and serve as back up for M3
· Oversee order processing and data entry
· Provide feedback for annual reviews
· Attend meetings to give feedback for business improvements and updates
· Review SOPs annually and keep SOPs updated
· Report issues, submit IT tickets
· Assist IT with testing
· Contact customer or sales rep for actions needed or if items are backordered
· Other duties as assigned.
