Bookkeeper
HR Assistant/Accounting Clerk/Payroll Coordinator/ADP/Quickbooks
Bookkeeper Duties:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Bank Reconciliations
- Transactions Data Processing
- Prepare Financial Statements
- Monthly close out processes
- Maintain accurate books in Quickbooks
HR/Payroll Duties
- Maintain Employee database
- Organizing and maintain personal records, entering new hire data, updating existing and terminated employee records
- Process Payroll in ADP and oversee employee benefits with current broker
- Correspondence with management and employees regarding HR and payroll inquiries
Requirements:
2-3 years previous bookkeeper experience
Previous experience with month end close and processing payroll in ADP
Experience working with Quickbooks
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel
9am-5pm
$25.00 / hr
