Customer Service Coordinator
Customer Service Coordinator role gives successful candidates the opportunity to learn new skills and grow their careers with our successful B2B and ecommerce brands in Melrose Park.
The Customer Service Coordinator is an entry level opportunity to develop business skills and grow in the Procurement organization if desired. The key role of the Procurement Coordinator is to perform data entry, and communicate and follow up with suppliers on pending matters. The individual in this role works with Procurement team to manage reporting and documentation needed to manage purchases from outside suppliers and internal coordination with Operations.
Job Duties:
- Track orders and communicate and update delivery timing expectations
- Sample color and size approval follow up
- Follow up artwork to be uploaded on time with art design team
- Work on strategic projects with vendors as directed by buyers
- Work with QC Team and vendors on inspections
- Issue chargebacks to vendors
- Collaborate with various departments: Logistics, Sales, Product Development, Quality Assurance, Production, Finance, Ecommerce, Structural Department, and Design team
- Enter product’s Delivery Duty Paid price into Costing System.
- Work with the logistic department on incoming ocean and air shipments
- Weekly audit Bill of Materials for sold gifts
- Upcoming year samples following up: revision, detailed specifications as per designer’s needs
- Assist Manager and Buying Team with all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Products, excellent Excel skills is highly preferred
