Drafter / Design Tech

• Create Detailed Technical Drawings: Utilize CAD software to translate conceptual designs into accurate and detailed technical drawings, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
• Ensure Compliance with Standards: Apply knowledge of industry standards and regulations to guarantee that all drafted plans meet the necessary criteria and comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
• Review and Revise Drafts: Regularly review and revise drafts based on feedback from internal teams or clients, ensuring that the final drawings align with project requirements and expectations.
• Maintain Documentation Accuracy: Keep meticulous records of all drafts, revisions, and project-related documentation, contributing to creating a comprehensive and organized recordkeeping system.

Requirements:

• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Strong understanding of drafting techniques and principles.
• Ability to interpret and create detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and precision in drafting work.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• A degree or certification in Drafting or a related field is preferred
