Luxury Rental Car Manager

Elite SUVs strives to provide immaculate and prestine luxury sport utility vehicles to our clients without any hassle. No client will ever have to wait in line or stress about a last minute vehicle swap. Vehicle selection, paperwork, payments, and identification verification is completed in advance of each client's trip.

We also offer a number of accessories to meet all our clients' travel needs , including: child safety seats/boosters, coolers, fly rod boxes, cargo boxes, bear spray, and ski racks to get the client and their lugguge and gear safely and comfortably to their destination. All of our vehicles are equipped with snow tires in the winter months. If a client has a special request for an accessory or supplies, Elite SUVs will do what it takes to meet the request.

Overview:

We are seeking a Luxury Vehicle Rental Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the rental operations, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage rental inventory, including tracking, maintenance, replenishment and vehicle detailing

- Coordinate electronic rental agreements with clients

- Conduct negotiations with customers on rental terms and pricing

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the rental process

- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer information

- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to rentals in a timely manner

- Utilize organizational skills to streamline rental procedures

- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members

- Detailing the interior and exterior of vehicles

- Delivering rental vehicles to Bozeman International Airport and offsite locations

Requirements:

- Proven experience in vehicle rental management

- Must have good driving record and be eligible as a driver on Company insurance

- Strong organizational and administrative skills

- Ability to negotiate effectively and communicate clearly

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for record keeping

- Knowledge of inventory control practices

- Ability to become proficient operating vehicle rental software

- Excellent phone etiquette for client interactions

- A cover letter and resume is required for this position.
