Dispatcher

7-5:30/6:00 3 or 4 days a week Mon- Fri to be a full time position. Will train the right person if needed.

For non emergency medical transportation to and from medical appointments.

Responsibilities include:

• Receiving and dispatching calls for client pick up and returns. Adding that information to the drivers Qryde.
• Addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
• Use phone and computer to send drivers, to appropriate locations
• Monitor the route and status of fleet to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
• Provide fleet with information about traffic and obstacles
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information. Attendance from drivers of clients.
• Set up Sling schedule daily
• Accept same day and next day trips
• Verifying runs on the vendor portal.

We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher to act as a communication point for non-emergency calls. You will receive requests, transmit messages and track vehicles.

The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in different situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.

Also looking for a Driver on select weekends. Dispatch does not need to be a driver. Position is available if dispatcher would like more shifts

Sat shift 5:30-10:30/11:00 Sun shift 5:30-8:30-9:00

• Must be 19 years old
• Have a valid drivers license for 1 year min
• Have a clean CORI and SORI
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Complete online training 2-4 hours

Drivers pick up and drop off clients. Filling out paperwork, Checklist, and Qryde. Doing van inspections pre trip. Assisting clients in and out of the vehicle, assisting with stool, walkers or door when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.25 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
