HR Workday Report Analyst
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
HR Reporting Analyst/Associate would be responsible for contributing to and implementing the team’s HR reporting strategy, leveraging core systems like Workday along with several others. S/he will be working in a fast-paced environment with information across various levels of sensitivity, often interacting with partners across Client’s global organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Type – Temp (approximately 6 months)
- Duration – Temp duration estimated for approximately 6 months (may end shorter or extend longer per Client request)
- Rate – $40.00 to $45.00/hr (DOE)**no benefits, no paid time off, no holiday paid time off for temp duration; if Client chooses to convert, benefits will be offered under their employe
- Location – Newport Beach, CA 92660
- Pre-employment criminal screen, drug screen, completed degree/education verification and employment verifications are required to pass before clearing to start
- **REQUIRED** Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Finance, Accounting, or related field)
- *REQUIRED** Must be available to work onsite at location in Newport Beach, no remote option available*

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Workday report development and maintenance
- Create custom reports using calculated fields that meet requirements, reporting guidelines and standards
- Troubleshooting reporting issues
- Streamline and optimize existing reporting library
- Migrate reports across sandbox, testing, and production tenants
- Internal and external ad-hoc and recurring reporting, including direct engagement with requestors and business stakeholders
- Continuous focus on data enhancements, infrastructure, and governance
- 2 years of experience with reporting in Workday HR
- Understanding of Workday architecture, security, and Workday HR domains (Business Objects)
- Experience with building calculated fields and aggregations in Workday
- Strong skills with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and self-starter mindset to approaching workload and ability to manage capacity in a disciplined manner
- Commitment to an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
- Broader knowledge of Human Resources processes and workflows
