What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mon fri position at ELITES CARE LLC?
Use principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to teach functional skills in areas such as communication, socialization, self-care, academic skills, and independent living skills.
Conduct ongoing assessments, data collection, and progress monitoring to evaluate client performance, track behavior changes, and modify intervention strategies as needed.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team to develop and implement behavior management strategies, reinforcement systems, and support plans to promote generalization and maintenance of skills across settings.
Provide parent training and coaching on ABA principles, behavior management techniques, and strategies for promoting skill acquisition and behavior change in the home environment.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress, session notes, behavior data, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Communicate regularly with supervisors, team members, and other stakeholders to share information, discuss client progress, address concerns, and coordinate treatment goals and objectives.
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills, share best practices, and stay informed about current research and advancements in the field of behavior analysis.
Adhere to ethical standards, professional guidelines, and legal requirements governing the practice of behavior analysis, including client confidentiality, informed consent, and professional conduct.
