What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Door Hosts position at Eliza Restaurant?
We are now accepting applications for friendly, enthusiastic HOSTS. Individuals who apply must submit a current resume and should have the following skills and attributes:

Primary Host duties include:
- Greeting all guests with a smile, seeing them to their table with menus; or adding them to a wait list as needed and seeing them to the waiting areas.
- Utilizing the OpenTable platform to take and confirm reservations, assign tables and manage the guest flow of the shift.
- Interacting with guests as needed to ensure their satisfaction
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations, accepting takeout orders and answering questions. Must have knowledge of the menu.
- Assisting service staff as needed
- Overall customer service
Pay:
$11-$13/hour

Must be at least 16 years of age and willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
