Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY
Supports Talent Management activities in the areas of benefits, HRIS, and HR analytics for effective execution of Total Rewards strategies.

Promote the organization’s Mission, Vision and Core Values of Elizabeth Seton Children’s and incorporates values into daily practice.
Works closely with talent management leaders to support talent management initiatives related to total rewards.
Contributes to the development and implementation of Human Resources projects and initiatives that encompass a variety of topics ranging from performance management, benefits, compensation, data integrity, and job alignment, standardization of pay practices, HR processes, metrics and analytics.
Develops reports as needed to the management of the organization’s retirement plan, working closely with broker for employee related communications.
Counsels employees as necessary in navigating protocols related to benefits administration, leave management, and HRIS data.
Collaborates with Benefits Manager is coordinating activates related to annual benefits Open Enrollment and managing life events that impact benefit decisions.
Actively participates in related areas of Talent Management as necessary, including coordination of performance management activities, employee engagement initiatives and employee recognition.
Supports departmental activities related to data management, including monthly reports and preparing HR metrics.
Participates in organizational development programs and retention strategies as necessary.
Assist with the transition and implementation of HR policies, practices and processes
Maintains system to effectively track employee leaves of absence that ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, company policy, and collective bargaining agreements.
Assists with the preparation of reports required foe regulatory complains, including EEO-1, workers compensation, sanction checks, and other reports as necessary.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishes personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Complete special projects, as assigned
Other related duties as may become necessary or as directed by your department director, and/or administrator.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field of study or equivalent significant experience.
HR professional certification (PHR or SPHR) preferred.
Experience
Minimum 2 years’ Human Resources experience, preferably with benefits or compensation administration
Ability to communicate effectively and present to various level of management
Ability to aggregate data and analyze results
Ability to organize tasks/projects effectively and delegate as appropriate
Proficient with Microsoft office suite, particularly Excel;
