Responsibilities of an RN/LPN MDS Coordinator / RNAC
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments.
- Review and update resident care plans as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Train and educate staff on MDS processes and requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications of a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant:
- Current RN or LPN license in PA
- Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
