The duties of the Front Desk Representative include greeting clients, providing support to our team, assisting in daily office needs, and managing various bookkeeping related activities. Our ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience in a professional office environment, strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organizational capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide general support to clients
- Write and distribute client emails, letters, and forms
- Bookkeeping tasks including data entry, payroll, and quarterly reports
- Sending/receiving documents to clients
- Managing project deadlines
- General office needs such as ordering supplies, scanning, and organizing files
- Various clerical tasks
Skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Quickbooks Desktop and Online
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
