The Sample Associate will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing samples, ensuring they are properly labeled, and coordinating with various teams to fulfill sample orders efficiently. This role involves collaboration with our Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure timely delivery of samples to clients.

The Sample Associate will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing samples, ensuring they are properly labeled, and coordinating with various teams to fulfill sample orders efficiently. This role involves collaboration with our Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure timely delivery of samples to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date inventory of the sample library.
- Monitor stock levels and order replenishments when items are low to ensure samples are always available.
- Sample Processing:
- Unbox and process daily sample shipments from UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other carriers.
- Accurately label samples with company-specific labels.
- Pack and ship samples to clients based on incoming sample requests from the sales or customer service team.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and the Sales team to handle sample requests, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently.
- Track orders, manage lead times, and communicate any delays or issues with the appropriate teams.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Provide regular updates to the Sales and CSR teams on sample availability, lead times, and shipment tracking.
- Ensure clear communication regarding any stock shortages or potential delays that may impact orders.
- Prior experience in inventory management, shipping/receiving, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and labeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with team members and clients.
- Familiarity with tracking systems and shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) is a plus.
- Basic computer skills for managing inventory systems, email communication, and tracking shipments.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 30 lbs
- Regular standing, walking, bending, and handling of materials.
