We have an immediate opening for a Sr. Programmer to work in our Lawrenceville, GA facility and will report and provide input to our Sr. Manufacturing Manager.

The Sr. Programmer will be responsible for creating and maintaining computer programs for the Amada NC Punch (Pega 345) and EMK Automation utilizing Amnest for the fabrication of sheet metal parts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain tool list and procure tools as needed for either replacement or for new applications and monitor stock and procure required raw materials
- Create NC punch programs
- Review all sheet metal drawings
- Establish routing on travelers for all sheet metal parts
- Maintain NC punch program data base
- Main contact with engineering relating to design issues
- Responsible for procuring tools and raw materials
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Some college preferred
- Minimum of 8 years directly related experience
- Computers – PC based
- Knowledge of Amada AP-100 programming software
- Thorough knowledge of sheet metal processes and machinery
- Ability to troubleshoot process and quality problems
