SCHEDULE: Mon-Thurs 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Friday 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM OR when truck(s) are complete.
Pay STARTING at $16.50/hour.

Elmer Chocolate is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Tank Room Attendant to work in our state of the art chocolates manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for receiving & inventory of bulk raw materials to ensure quality of our products.

Basic Responsibilities:
- Inventory all tanks daily and record tank measurements.
- Receive all deliveries of liquid raw materials.
- Monitor tank room heaters.
- Maintain cleanliness of tank room and tanks.
- Wash and sanitize all tools and utensils.
- Reports needed repairs.
- Perform QA Lab Technician duties, as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High School education or GED.
- Reading, interpreting signs and short correspondence, shipping documents, and memos.
- Ability to use laser measure device.
- Basic math skills, adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing.
- Ability to identify, evaluate and problem solve.
- Team player.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for twelve hours with no limitations on "normal" bending, lifting, climbing stairs, or stooping.
- Ability to work for long periods of time in high heat and humidity (105°F - 110ºF)
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to pass drug screen.
- Ability to apply manual dexterity and specified visual acuity
