ELO CPA’s & Advisors is seeking a Marketing/Business Development Coordinator to provide a marketing strategy that aligns with the overall strategy of the firm. Assisting in the leadership and strategic planning regarding marketing and client communication practices; as well as playing an integral role in building and engaging in the firm’s client base and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our firm.

Typical day in the life:

• Develop, implement, and manage a marketing business development, and communication strategy for the firm.
• Work within ELO’s practices to design marketing plans and initiatives both written and digital.
• Develop relationships with professionals across many business organizations to develop business opportunities.
• Manage all day-to-day social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Add, update, and remove all ELO-related materials to the company’s website, and marketing materials which include reviewing and ensuring all brand and vision compliance.
• Develop all aspects of email marketing to firm clients, including the building of email campaigns.
• Coordinate and provide support for marketing events, trade shows, and career fairs, by overseeing logistics, managing registrations, and developing promotional materials.
• Understand the resources within the ELO team, working alongside the appropriate team members to assist in accomplishing marketing and business development projects.
  

What will get you noticed:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication and/or marketing.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in professional services, marketing, or communications. A strong preference is given to candidates with CPA firm experience
• Highly proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Highly proficient in Adobe InDesign
• Possess advanced business writing communications plus development of marketing content and strong presentation skills.
• Holds a strong sense of current trends and best practices in digital and social media content.
• Experience managing multiple projects, strong interpersonal communication skills; detailed oriented.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations – day trips.
