We currently have a maintenance technician and a maintenance supervisor positions open at one of our Columbus, OH properties.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- Basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge
- Compensation based off experience
- Excellent customer service and positive attitude
- 2 years of construction or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
