ELOS Environmental, LLC is looking for a competent Administrative Clerk to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support operations temporary medical center operations. The successful applicant will undertake a variety of clerical activities.
The successful applicant must have the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth, efficient operations, and must be reliable and hardworking with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with office equipment and procedures.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Answering, directing, and making phone calls
· Organizing and scheduling appointments – applicant intake
· Photocopying, scanning and faxing
· Sending emails
· Updating and maintaining databases
· Monitoring and ordering inventory of office supplies
Education and Experience Required
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
· 2 years of office experience
· Computer, typing, and internet navigation skills
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Knowledge of administrative procedures
