What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback (PT) position at Elsewhere?
Job Overview:
- We are currently looking for part-time barbacks/bussers who have experience in the F&B industry.
- Applicants should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, and working as part of a small, closely-knit team.
- The role would include dishwashing, restocking, fruit/ingredient prep, bussing and cleaning tables, and general support of bartenders.
- Compensation is hourly base of $12 tips.
- Room for growth in regards to additional hours and potential to move into a server/bar role.
- Current mandatory need is Friday/Saturday shifts, bonus points for Wednesday/Thursday availability.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidates will have experience in the F&B industry and knowledge of bar operations.
- Open to cross-training so as to develop the ability to step into any role if needed.
- You're independent, quick on your feet, motivated, and a self-starter.
