We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product information and resolve any issues or concerns customers may have
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and promote new products or services
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Skills:
- Obtain your Property and Casualty Insurance licensing before or during the start of employment (training provided).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to upsell products or services
- Proficient in data entry with high attention to detail
