Admissions Support Call Center Details :
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06 : 00am to 07 : 00pm)
- Candidates must be available between the hours of 6AM-7PM.
- Candidates will be scheduled a random time zone.
- Candidates must be available for training
Duties :
- Taking primarily outbound calls
- Reach out to potential students, connect them with the campus in their area
- Setting on campus appointments
- Overcoming student objections to drive them to the next step
- Creating a great first impression
- Driving the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Admissions Support Call Center Qualifications :
- Must have an updated professional resume
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Experience with computers and programs
- Ability to multi-task between phone and data entry
- Ability to be high energy thought the call
- Schedule : - Must have open availability between the hours of 6 : 00AM - 7 : 00PM. (Will be scheduled 8 hours between those times)
- Must be available 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM during training
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
