Event staff needed to check tickets, help guests find seats and direct traffic.

Indy 500 Event Staff Details :
- Temporary position
- $ / hour
- Part Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift (Sunday through Sunday from 02 : 30am to 02 : 30pm)
- ONE DAY EVENT ONLY
- Meet at a Purdue parking lot at 2 : 30am to be transported to the Indy 500
- Start working by 4am
- End working by 1pm
- Arrive back via bus to the Purdue parking lot by 2 : 30pm (or stay to enjoy the event but you must find transportation home)
- Travel time is not paid time
- Scan tickets
- Usher guests
- Help guests find bathrooms and vendors
- Direct traffic
Indy 500 Event Staff Qualifications :
- Friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand / walk for entire shift
- Own all black shirt, pants & shoes (no logos, no leggings)
- Ability to work in any weather condition
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
- A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
