Maintenance Tech Details :
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ to $ / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05 : 00am to 01 : 30pm)
- May work some Saturdays
- Facility maintenance experienceChange light bulbs, repair toilets, hang signage, etc.
- Complete mechanical repairs on small machines and equipment (yard tractors, forklift, manlift, mix trucks, overhead cranes).
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment, returns all tools after use to proper storage location, and performs routine housekeeping ( cleaning, organizing).
- Inspects equipment to ensure it is in good working order; replaces damaged parts of equipment with new part
- Collects and discards worn machine parts; cleans machines and machine parts using cleaning solvents, cloths, air guns, hoses, vacuums, or other equipment;
- removes hardened material from machines or machine parts using abrasives, power and hand tools, sledgehammers, or other equipment;
Maintenance Tech Qualifications :
- Between 2 to 5 years of previous related experience.
- Forklift Driving Certification- Preferred.
- Ability to utilize basic tools to perform routine facility maintenance.
- Knowledge of Crane, pneumatic and Hydraulics maintenance.
- Welding Certification desired
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in inclement weather, dust, and humidity / heat
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
