Manufacturer Operator
Pay: $13.00 /hour
Spears Manufacturing in Jerome is hiring! They produce infection molded fittings and fabricated fittings. $13.00 - $13.40/HR. No experience needed!

Manufacturer Operator Details:
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts.
- Day, Swing, and Night shifts available.
- Packaging parts in the correct box and with the correct amount.
- Trimming of any parts that require it.
- Maintain neat and organized work station.
- Palletizing finished production.
- Weighting each box to ensure that it has the correct amount of parts.
Manufacturer Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and demonstrated instructions.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50-75 pounds.
- Steal toe boots required.
- Repetitive hand motion.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
