Office Administrative Details :
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07 : 30am to 04 : 00pm)
What You’ll Do Perform administrative support for two or more of the essential support functions necessary for the operation of the branch, including production scheduling / shipping, invoicing, and general administrative duties. Your Responsibilities
- Assist with answering phones and general office administration functions.
- Coordinate shop production schedule with the Shop Supervisor and detailers to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Arrange trucking with approved freight companies and schedule deliveries.
- Assist with basic accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Develop exceptional working relationships with customers and vendors.
- Prepare and record necessary paperwork.
- Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.
Office Administrative Qualifications :
Must have a high school diploma, GED, or local / state equivalent

- Two year degree from an accredited school or college
- Prior experience in the construction industry
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills and math skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to coordinate multiple
