Production Supervisor 2nd Shift Details :
- Direct Hire position
- $48, / annually
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 04 : 30pm to 02 : 00am)
Oversee production operations
Take responsibility for supervising entire production process and monitoring production floor employees of 2nd shift
Ensure all materials and supplies needed for smooth production flow
Monitor daily and weekly production goal to achieve
Ensure that machines are functional, and the production facilities adhere to safety standards.
Properly organize and direct the production staff to achieve a satisfactory workflow.
Identify areas for improvement and organize training opportunities for their team.
Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output
Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team
Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility
Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources
Production Supervisor 2nd Shift Qualifications :
At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing plant and preferred for automobile experience.
At least 3 years experience as a team leader or Supervisor responsibilities with proven people leadership skill.
Relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or any related field
Salary : $48
