Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM or 2PM-10:30 PM

Quality Control Clerk Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 to $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (06:00am to 02:30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine audits, equipment calibration, and record-keeping.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs.
• Monitor employees to ensure hygiene and cross-contamination prevention.
• Ensure complete documentation of batch records (yields, label reconciliation, waste).
• Monitor environmental factors like temperature and humidity.
• Examine raw materials, in-process products, and final products for quality.
• Conduct swabbing for sanitation checks. Handle allergen monitoring through sanitation and product labeling.
• Perform taste tests and approve blend releases.
• Complete QC daily and weekly reports.

Quality Control Clerk Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Strong math, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable working in areas with powder substances and wearing PPE (face masks, goggles, etc.).
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as bending and twisting.
