Retail Details :
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ to $ / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 07 : 00am to 08 : 00pm)
- Commission : 5% - 10% of sales
Job Duties :
- Accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Recommending related products to increase customers’ options, enrich the shopping experience and drive sales to meet goals.
- Staying knowledgeable about range of products to best explain the benefits and functions of products, method of preparation and how to use them to achieve the best results
Retail Qualifications :
- Previous retail experience preferred
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends
- High school diploma or GED
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
