Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist Details:

• Temporary position
• $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)

• Researches, identifies and contacts qualified candidates for current open positions including both hourly and salaried roles.
• Schedules and coordinates individual and panel interviews on behalf of the recruiters; Manages travel arrangements for candidates; Works directly with candidates to plan the logistics of the interviews
• When appropriate, acts as the onsite liaison for in-person interviews
• Partner with talent acquisition recruiters to source and screen candidates on a variety of hourly and salaried roles
• Organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events as required

Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience sourcing candidates for multiple roles simultaneously using a variety of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, really, etc.)
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a strong attention to detail coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous sourcing experience with focus on passive and active candidate generation preferred

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
