Team Lead Details :
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ to $ / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07 : 00am to 03 : 30pm)
- The Lead directs the fulfillment team in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to meet project deadlines.
- Provide outstanding leadership to team members, including opportunities for coaching and development, to maximize work output and quality of team members.
- Ensures customer orders and receipts are completed accurately and promptly while maintaining a sense of urgency.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling them with the data storage system.
Team Lead Qualifications :
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication.
- Independently prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks, with willingness and ability to work extended hours, including overtime and weekends.
- 1 Years Relevant Management and Industry Experience.
- Exceptional Leadership Skills, Safety Management, Inventory Control, Employee Motivation, Sense of Urgency Promotion, Strong Organizational Skills,.
- Regular lifting of up to ten pounds, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
