Welders Details:
A successful welder will be responsible for the following duties:
- Welds flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead weld lines
- Examines welds quality
- Use of power tools including: chop saw, hand plasma cutter, cutting torch and/or belt sander
- Plans layout, assembly, and welding
- Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure equipment
Welders Qualifications:
- Welder certificate or or six months MIG welding experience
- Able to understand prints and be knowledgeable of all welding symbols and terminology
- Ability to read and understand tape measures, calipers, operate hoist, hand tools and air powered tools
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
