Company Profile
making commercial HVAC units for the top of industrial buildings and restaurants. There is a variety of jobs in which employees can be cross trained and pay rates mirror whichever tier an employee is at (most start at tier 1). If an employee learns more skills they can ask to test into tier 2 and if they pass then they will receive the pay raise. Once hired in the employees are union and pay rates are increased via contract terms. This is a mechanical job with lots of hand assembly using hand and power tools.

Wire Start-Up Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)
- Wire and install various components
- Use hand tools, air tools and power tools to wire commercial and industrial HVAC equipment
- Show operational proficiency with Hi-Lo equipment.
- Perform and troubleshoot various maintenance tasks.
- Ability to perform start-up and testing procedures.
Wire Start-Up Technician Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE A BIAS FOR ACTION.
- MUST HAVE INITIATIVE TO RESOLVE ISSUES.
- Must be dependable and on-time.
- Previous electrical experience a plus.
- Electrical employees will be responsible for several types of maintenance in the plant and office.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
