• Maintain product history/quality records.
• Provide legible and usable test reports using various computer tools.
• Experience working with engineers in an R&D environment (preferred).
• Able to work independently and problem solve efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and able to work well on a team.
• Willingness to provide constructive feedback to the engineering teams to improve tooling designs, processes and parts (preferred).
• Able to stay organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to read and interpret wiring schematics and assembly drawings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience troubleshooting electronics hardware using equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, and soldering equipment (preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to navigate in challenging situations, using technical knowledge and quality background to understand the current state and most optimal path forward.
• Capable of providing timely, concise communication on status and needed action, to your supervisor and other management levels.
• 3-5 years of working experience in an equivalent environment
• Basic knowledge and experience with technical knowledge associated with areas of work
