RESPONSIBILITIES
Own month and quarter-end close and review processes
Maintain a deep understanding of our financial processes and refine them to scale with the growth of the company
Assemble dynamic and comprehensive financial models that evaluate current and future business conditions using complex formulas and pivot tables
Extract and synthesize financial and operational data from multiple enterprise systems Prepare executive-grade reporting, summarizing findings and recommendations
Support FP&A team with financial models and ad-hoc analysis as necessary
Opportunities to create processes from scratch and take on increasing business partnership relationships
QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS with 4 years of experience in financial planning and analytics in a rigorous environment (high growth company experience preferred)
Self-starter capable of driving projects with high performance
Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A drive to understand the core issues and develop/implement solutions
SQL experience and CPA/public accounting background
