Elyon Strategies is seeking a Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our government client"a Procurement Assistance. The SME will assist our client in research to support its efforts to reprocure a MMIS solution to address the state’s health care claims processing and fiscal agent service needs. These efforts support our state client’s MMIS core RFP.

The efforts include.

  • Bringing Medicaid Industry expertise and knowledge to provide insight on business and solution capabilities.
  • Analysis and research with written summaries that support Vermont’s progress with its procurement.
  • Coordinating with State business analysis (BA) and enterprise architect (EA) teams to leverage requirements and artifacts the State will provide.
  • The State seeks to procure a proven, CMS-certified MMIS Core solution and, where possible, take advantage of innovative technology and approaches to business and information architecture, that will reduce financial and resource constraints, and meet Vermont’s business needs.

A Business Analyst and Documentation experience required

MMIS SME experience.
