**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the care of customers homes, and repair of small projects within said home.
**Duties:**
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment issues to determine root causes and perform necessary repairs.
- Utilize electrical and mechanical knowledge to address maintenance needs effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document maintenance activities.
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sheetrock and residential painting techniques.
- Ability to supervise maintenance tasks efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
