We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable individual to join our team as a Technical Specialist for B2B Webstore Management and Customization. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining our B2B webstore platform to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Implementing customizations and enhancements to the webstore to meet the specific requirements of our clients.
- Utilizing a diverse range of web technologies, including CSS, HTML, and PHP, to develop and integrate new features and functionalities.
- Manipulating customer data for variable data print jobs using tools such as FileMaker Pro and Mac AppleScript.
- Learning new skills on the fly to adapt to evolving technologies and customer needs.
- Analyzing and transforming customer-provided data into the formats and structures required for our webstore and variable data print jobs.
- Installing and configuring software applications to meet the specific needs of our department.
- Assisting in managing our network infrastructure to ensure connectivity and security.
- Providing support for Mac OS and Windows environments, being comfortable working on both platforms.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Familiarity with web development languages such as CSS, HTML, and PHP, along with a solid understanding of best practices and standards.
- Experience working with data and data manipulation tools, preferably including FileMaker Pro and Mac AppleScript.
