PROGRAM MANAGER

Emagine IT has an immediate need for a Program Manager to join our team in support of a customer in the Federal Health IT space, within HHS, located in Northern, VA and or North Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities include:

• Are accountable for all aspects of program delivery.
• May oversee multiple Project Managers, ISSOs, and/or Assessment Leads.
• Are accountable for providing on-time, quality deliverables that meet SOW objectives while achieving satisfactory-to-superior customer satisfaction ratings.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess current PMP or PgMP certification.
• Must be knowledgeable of the Risk Management Framework.
• Must have or be able to obtain Security/Suitability Clearance of Level 6 (PT6).
• Must have at least five (5) years relevant professional experience in the Information Security / Cyber Security field.
• Must possess demonstrable and deep knowledge of and working experience with federal security standards, policies, procedures, and methodologies.
• Must possess a technical background, so that they understand and can discuss Application and Infrastructure vulnerabilities, as discovered.
• Must have demonstrable ability to communicate complex technical and procedural topics clearly and succinctly in both verbal and written communications, and must be able to ensure that all communications, artifacts, and deliverables they produce meet all of the federal agencies requirements for clarity, accuracy, legibility, content, quality, etc.
• Must possess, at a minimum, general knowledge about how security risk is calculated.
• Must be proficient in various common “soft skills” such as reading, writing, and oral communication in English.
