As the Clinical Director, you will oversee the clinical team and contribute to the success of this new program. You will be supported by an experienced Leadership Team, have the opportunity to supervise and develop Associate Therapists that are passionate about making lasting, positive change in the lives of adolescents and their families.

Responsibilities
- Supervise Therapists with manageable caseloads that allow for establishing good rapport with clients.
- Uphold the highest standards of clinical integrity, ensuring strict adherence to policies, implementing effective therapeutic interventions, and championing our unique Embark clinical approach.
- Lead and guide the clinical team with authority and compassion, overseeing the collection of outcome measures, providing adept crisis management support, and ensuring meticulous documentation practices.
- Foster regular collaboration with the onsite treatment team, clients, and parents to maintain a seamless and client-centric care environment.
- Develop and maintain robust systems, processes, and procedures that not only support operational metrics but elevate them to new heights, working in close partnership with the Executive Director.

- Play a key role on the leadership team of the program.
- Ensure unwavering program compliance and actively collaborate with staff, admissions, enrollment, and leadership to uphold operational standards and meet regulatory requirements.
- Play a pivotal role in recruiting and retaining top clinical talent, leveraging your expertise to assemble a high-performing team dedicated to our mission.
- Cultivate and maintain a culture of employee engagement and satisfaction, understanding that a fulfilled team is essential for providing exceptional patient care.
- Provide comprehensive training and development opportunities for both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring continuous growth and excellence across all facets of the clinic.
Qualifications
- CO state Licensure Required (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) must be 2 years post licensure in order to supervise.
- Master's Degree in behavioral sciences
- Preferred 1-2 years’ experience leading a team in a behavioral health setting.
- Preferred five years' experience working with adolescent clients.
- Experience in a residential treatment setting or similar preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills, strong communication skills, and must be creative with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
- Must hold a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
