Job Posting for Part Time Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent at Embassy Suites by Hilton Corpus Christi
Work 2 overnight night audit shifts and 1-2 regular front desk shifts
Work independently during night audit shifts
Provide highest quality customer service at all times
Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Night audit shift will close out the days financial transactions
Service as Manager on Duty during night audit and handle guest issues accordingly
Basic accounting and mathematical knowledge, but will train on specifics
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to post and balance large amounts of charges efficiently and accurately
Prepare outlets reconciliations
Reconcile credit card system to daily transactions
Maintain Tax Exemption spreadsheets
Make reservations and enforce cancellation procedures and policy
Handles guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner. Assign rooms, set up guest amenities, and accommodate special requests
Communicates with incoming shift employees by logging pertinent information
Ensures that all cash, check and miscellaneous departments are in balance at the end of each shift utilizing proper cash handling procedures
Office machines: operate calculator/10-key by touch, copier, fax, telephone
