Compensation:

$150,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home

• Willing to lead generate for a minimum of 2 hours a day. Whether that is building your Sphere of influence, making cold and warm lead phone calls, or any other active form of lead generation
• Attend daily morning huddles
• Attend weekly team meetings
• Attend events with Embrace
• The first 90 days will be an onboarding process with an Embrace trainer (dependent on real estate experience)
• Be proficient in all of Idaho real estate contracts and required documents for real estate transactions
• Stay up to date on real estate market knowledge and trends
• Willing to take extra training and attend out-of-state conferences (potentially)

Qualifications:

• Technology driven
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)

• WA Real Estate license
• Complete at least 3 transactions
• High School level education or higher
• 18 years old
• Coachable & ambitious to grow and add value to others
• Positive attitude and abundance mindset
