Job Title: --Inside Sales Representative -Palmer MA Office

Job Summary: --We have an exciting inside sales opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to support NEMSI staff in ordering parts, supporting customers questions and concerns, and for quoting routine direct replacement parts and standard repairs on mechanical systems.  We offer a competitive salary with commission, excellent benefits and training opportunities.

Job Responsibilities: --

• Support NEMSI staff in ordering parts for NEMSI customers
• Full-service parts are to be ordered, tracked and scheduled
• Replacement parts for full-service contracts that are not covered under the agreement are to be quoted, ordered upon approval, tracked and scheduled
• Filters and belts are to be ordered, tracked, and scheduled for all NEMSI customers.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties when needed.
• Support NEMSI customers with questions and concerns as needed. This involves researching parts and jobs, determining a history and following up with the customer
• Support NEMSI employees/technicians with questions and concerns as needed. This involves researching parts and jobs, determining a history and following up with the employee/technician
• Providing technicians with technical documentation when needed,
• Working with the service coordinator and customers in advance to schedule work for parts that were ordered. Or jobs that were quoted.
• Quoting all rec ticket items to include routine direct replacement parts and standard repairs on all mechanical systems including coils, jobs that require more than typical rigging, and any larger job requiring competitive pricing. Any job where the technician is unsure of the scope, or how to do the job will require investigation. Knowing the resources available to determine the proper pricing and procedures needed to successfully complete work. Equipment sales include but are not limited to exhaust fans, condensing units, air driers, pumps, water heaters, unit heater, etc.
• Track compressor sales, record and maintain warranty records
• Track and file all quoted work. Follow up on quoted work on an as needed basis,.
• Prepare booking packages in a timely fashion
• Work with the service coordinator and jobs team to create work orders for quoted jobs as need.
• Coding PO numbers properly to get them to NEMSI staff in a timely manner
• Provide a system to track ordered parts.
• Attend all safety training provided and/or sponsored by NEMSI

Qualifications: --Valid driver's license. The position requires an individual with a High School Diploma and or trade related technical schooling; 5-10 years of trade experience, strong communication and written skills.  Commercial/industrial HVAC Systems knowledge
