About Us: EMCOR Services Betlem (ESB) has been in the facilities management business for over 95 years, maintaining facilities, designing, building, and servicing HVAC, refrigeration, controls, ductwork, and piping systems for new construction, renovation, and retrofit projects.

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary: EMCOR Services Betlem has been in business for over 90 years, designing, building, and serving HVAC, refrigeration, controls and piping systems for new construction, renovation, and retrofit projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to HVAC&R service calls as required/dispatched.
  • Install systems as assigned.
  • Boiler, RTU, split system, and small refrigeration system service experience a plus.
  • Provide required support in estimating service work and coordination of projects.
  • Communicate with customers and show a high level of customer service skills.
  • Coordinate work schedules and materials as needed.
  • Provide office with cost estimates for repair work.
  • Comply with corporate policy on safety, work ethics and time constraints.
  • Ensure that work is executed as scheduled.
  • Assist and participate in the on-call program.
  • Assist project and service managers with new accounts

Provided: Service truck, gas card, cell phone, IPAD, GPS, engineering and office support, and health benefits

Required: EPA certification; DMV and background check; drug screening; OSHA 10; Training Certs
