Job Summary
Shambaugh & Son L.P. is seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Ft. Wayne office. In this position you will be responsible for a wide range of customer service and administrative duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Order parts for service work and job orders
- Enter time sheets for Refrigeration Service Division
- Issue, enter, distribute, and file purchase orders
- Printing field related paperwork for projects
- Fully understand and use the S&S service app
- Assist with billings and requesting PO’s from customers
- Assembly of completed work order costs
- Service tech scheduling and coordination
- Assist team by generating work order numbers
- Assisting the Service Manager and other staff with day-to-day duties
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel
- AS400 experience preferred
- Ability to deal with strong personalities
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Great communication skills
- Attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency
- Highly organized, self-motivated and a strong work ethic
- Working hours will be 7:00AM – 4:30PM
