Job Title: General Manager of CSSI Tampa
FLSA Status: Exempt

JOB SUMMARY: CSSI seeks a Branch Manager to be responsible for the management of all service and maintenance functions as well as administrative support procedures, for the Tampa Service Group.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Supervision of all departments within the CSSI Branch.
- Develop plans for the control and management of all controls/service accounts, controls/service technician development and productivity.
- Supervises compliance by controls/service technicians with company objectives, operating policies, quality standards and safety.
- Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships with all existing customers and potential new customers, and for helping to instill a quality customer service philosophy in all service and administrative personnel.
- Provides technical advice and assistance to help service technicians resolve service maintenance or logistical problems.
- Inspects current and prospective projects/accounts and furnishes pertinent field information to Vice President.
- Develops and/or evaluates suggestions for improvement to service and maintenance techniques and methods whenever possible.
- Reviews and approves plans for the control and management of all controls/service accounts, budget spending labor efficiency, material efficiency, technical engineering effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Review job performance/progress against operating plans and standards. Provide reports to subordinates on interpretation of results and approve changes in direction of plans.
- Presents monthly reports on performance as requested by the Executive Vice President.
- Develops and presents matters to the Executive Vice President which require his/her decision.
- Review and approve cost control reports, cost estimates and manpower and facilities requirement forecasts.
- Participates in quality association with trade/business associations that enhance the company's mission business plan.
- Promote and participate in education and training opportunities that allow the company and its employees to meets stated goals, objectives and business plans.
- Provides junior associates with a "role model" example of the company's business and work ethics as delineated in Mission Statement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 years of experience in the HVAC Industry with at least 5 of them in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, planning, and presentation skills.
- Solid computer skills, especially in CRM, Word and Excel.
- Use of torso and lower extremities required for kneeling, crawling, climbing, stooping, twisting, and squatting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to deal and adapt to a variety of personalities and communication styles.
- Professional appearance and decorum.
- Physical activities to include standing, balancing, climbing stairs & ladders, walking and lifting of weights of 25lbs. or more are required in daily performance of job. Use of upper extremities required for forward and overhead reaching, pushing, and pulling material handling.
