Job Posting for Patient Care Technician Instructor at Emerald Coast Technical College

Patient Care Technician position at Emerald Coast Technical College. Instructor will teach PCT in accordance with the FLDOE curriculum framework. The purpose of this course is to prepare students for employment in the Health Science field. Instructor will be responsible for teaching adults (16 ), Monday through Thursday, from 12:00- 9:00pm. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Teach students to prepare them for employment in the Health Science field. This program offers a broad foundation of knowledge and skills, expanding the traditional role of the nursing assistant, for both acute and long term care settings.

Qualifications

  • Must have 6 years of documented Health Science experience.
  • Must be a Registered Nurse.
  • Must pass all student-required assessments. A criminal background check and drug screening will be conducted.
  • Teaching experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
