Are you passionate about marketing and looking to make a difference in the financial industry? We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our team in client communication, social media management, and calendar organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Manage social media platforms to enhance our online presence and reach a wider audience.
  • Maintain and organize the advisor's calendar to ensure efficient scheduling and smooth operations.
  • Filling in for advisor at in person networking meetings once a month.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms including instagram, facebook and linkedin and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience using Outlook, Canva, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn is required.
